Membership Terms & Service Guidelines
✅ Essential Home Plan Rules
1. Annual Plumbing Inspection
- Limit: 1 visit per year, up to 1 hour.
- Covers: Visual inspection of exposed plumbing, water heater, fixtures, shut-offs, and drains.
- Does NOT include: Repairs, Opening Walls, or Camera Inspections.
2. 5% Off All Repairs
- Excludes: New installs, parts-only purchases, or already discounted services.
- Applies to: Labor and materials for repair work only.
3. Priority Scheduling (Next Available)
- Definition: You receive the next open regular-hour appointment ahead of non-members.
- Excludes: After-hours, weekends, and holidays.
4. No Service Call Fee (during regular hours)
- Valid: Only Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
- Excludes: Emergency calls, after-hours, or holiday visits.
5. Free Water Pressure Check
- Limit: 1 per year, upon request or during annual inspection.
- Basic reading only – no diagnosis of water pressure issues.
6. Email Reminders + Maintenance Tips
- Includes: Seasonal checklists, service reminders, and occasional plumbing tips.
- Delivery: Sent via email – member must provide valid email address.

✅ Premier Home Plan Rules: (Includes all the Essential Home Plan benefits), plus:
1. 1 Free Drain Cleaning (per year – single line)
- Limit: One accessible line (sink, tub, shower, or toilet).
- Excludes: Main line, camera inspection, or roof-access only drains.
- Must be requested during regular hours and scheduled in advance.
2. 10% Off All Repairs
- Same rules as Essential Home Plan, with increased savings.
3. Priority Scheduling (Jump Line)
- Definition: You move to the top of the list for the next regular-hour opening.
- Excludes: Guaranteed same-day or after-hours service.
4. Basic Toilet & Faucet Tune-Up
- Performed: During annual inspection visit.
- Includes: Tightening bolts, adjusting flappers/stoppers, minor leak fixes.
- Excludes: Replacements, rebuild kits, or specialty parts.
5. Water Quality Test (basic panel)
- Limit: 1 per year.
- Includes: Hardness, chlorine, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids).
- Excludes: Advanced testing for bacteria, heavy metals, or lab samples.

✅ VIP HOME Plan Rules: (Includes all the Premier Home Plan benefits), plus:
1. 15% Off All Repairs
- Same rules as Premier Home Plan, with increased savings.
2. Annual Water Heater Flush
- Limit: 1 tank-style or tankless flush per year.
- Excludes: Repairs, anode rod replacement, or descaling kits.
- Must be scheduled in advance.
3. Free Minor Repair (under $150 – one per year)
- Examples: Leaky hose bib, faulty flapper, loose handle.
- Limit: Labor + materials valued at $150 or less.
- One use per membership year. Not transferable.
4. Discounted New Fixture Installs
- Discount: 5 – 15% off labor for install of customer-provided fixture.
- Applies to: Toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.
- Excludes: Commercial installs, structural changes, or appliance hookups.
5. Sump Pump, Softener, or Tankless Maintenance Check
- Limit: 1 per year, 1 system only.
- Includes: Visual inspection, basic testing, and performance check.
- Excludes: Repairs, deep cleaning, or part replacement.
